What Influences The Cost of Dental Implants?

While dental implants are an option for everyone, certain individuals are better suited for the procedure.

The qualities of an ideal candidate include:

  • Maintains good dental and oral health, with particular emphasis on gum health.
  • Possesses sufficient jawbone mass, crucial for the placement of implants.
  • Is a non-smoker, as smoking can negatively impact bone health around the implant site.
  • Does not have a teeth-grinding habit, as it can lead to damage to implants over time.

If you don’t meet all these criteria, don’t fret – advancements in implant technology mean you can still explore this option after discussing it with your dentist.
