Dr. Mj Alamiri, DDS

Dr. MJ Alamiri is a distinguished general dentist specializing in advanced dental implant surgery and full mouth rehabilitation. He excels in transforming smiles through comprehensive, patient-centered care. With a deep-seated passion for dentistry, he has been a pillar in the Middle Tennessee community for over a decade, building a strong reputation as a trusted and highly skilled provider. Over the past seven years, Dr. MJ has made a significant impact in Clarksville, dedicating himself to improving the oral health and overall well-being of its residents.
His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010, laying a strong foundation for his dental career. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. Committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Alamiri completed a rigorous Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through the NYU Lutheran program at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He further pursued advanced training in dental implant procedures, successfully completing hundreds complex full mouth rehabilitation cases.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Alamiri leads an active and well-rounded life. A passionate soccer enthusiast, he enjoys spending time on the field. His adventurous spirit is reflected in his love for travel, where he seeks new experiences and cultural perspectives. He is also an avid hiker who values the peace and beauty of nature. Dr. Alamiri’s dedication to dentistry, combined with his dynamic lifestyle, makes him an exceptional professional and a valued member of the community.
Dr. Fady Sadek, DMD, FICOI
Dr. Fady Sadek is a comprehensive general dentist with advanced training in dental implants, oral surgery, and full-arch rehabilitation. He is currently completing his Master’s in Oral Implantology at Jacksonville University and has extensive experience in implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, guided surgery, and full-mouth treatment planning. Dr. Sadek focuses on providing modern, patient-centered care with an emphasis on function, aesthetics, and long-term outcomes. His practice philosophy combines advanced surgical techniques, digital dentistry, and compassionate communication to help patients restore their oral health and confidence. Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, Dr. Sadek is passionate about connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and making high-quality dental care more comfortable and accessible. He also offers IV sedation to help patients feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease during dental treatment and surgical procedures. He works closely with local healthcare providers and businesses to help patients access high-quality care for dental emergencies, missing teeth, cosmetic concerns, and comprehensive restorative treatment. My mission is to provide compassionate, modern, and high-quality dental care that restores health, confidence, and quality of life. Travis Stewart
Travis is a skilled dental laboratory technician who has dedicated his career to removables. For 34 years, Travis has partnered with clinicians, utilizing his experience, combined with his knowledge and skills in the industry to provide patients with reliable and highly aesthetic removable appliances. Many of those years also managed the removables department in the dental laboratory where he started his career. He resides in neighboring Olmstead, Kentucky on the family farm with his wife, Kelsie and their four children. Their time is spent running with their kids playing the sports they love, baseball and football. Travis also coaches middle school baseball and his son’s travel baseball team! Joining the passionate team at Clarksville Dentures and Implants he plans to continue to provide reliable and aesthetic removable appliances to Clarksville and many of the surrounding areas. Travis is the best in the business and will strive to provide you with the very best smile!

America Flores is a bilingual wife, mother, and dedicated professional who believes in taking care of people and finding solutions to challenges. With several years of experience in the dental field, she has worked in patient care coordination, treatment planning, office administration, and leadership roles, helping patients navigate their dental treatment with confidence and compassion. Her ability to connect with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients has allowed her to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Known for her determination, empathy, and strong work ethic, America approaches every opportunity with a commitment to helping others and making a positive impact. Whether supporting patients, contributing to a team, or caring for her family, she brings professionalism, organization, and genuine compassion to everything she does. Her greatest motivation is creating a better future for her daughter and building the life she has always envisioned for her family.

I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and relocated to Clarksville in 2024. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for 8 years and am passionate about providing quality patient care and helping patients feel comfortable during their dental visits. Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and creating meaningful memories with those I love
Shalaya Atmstead
Shalaya achieved her associates degree in university studies at Volunteer State Community College, where she played college basketball from 2017-2019. She joined our team in July 2022, and shows genuine love to her patients and her fellow team members. Shalaya enjoys playing basketball in her free time, as well as playing with her son, Deshawn (aka, the best little boy on earth!), and taking him to the park or jump zone. Her favorite color is purple, and one thing on Shalaya's bucket list is to meet Lisa Leslie.

Hi, I’m Makenzie! I’ve always been passionate about oral hygiene and helping others feel confident about their smiles. I love being a registered dental assistant because I get to connect with patients and help make their dental visits a positive experience. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family and taking my Aussie on outdoor adventures. I look forward to helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile!
